Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $400,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the African American Heritage Society of Charles County, Inc. for the construction of handicapped-accessible bathrooms and an entrance ramp and for the renovation and reconstruction of the existing building for the African American Heritage Society located in LaPlata; etc.
