Phase-In Period
Extending by 4 years the phase-in period to reach the targeted amount
of additional State funding for public education under the Bridge to
Excellence in Public Schools Act; altering specified calculations and
amounts and extending for an additional period specified grants;
altering the termination date for a specified provision; repealing
provisions regarding the adoption of a specified resolution by the
General Assembly and that limit State funding for education to a
specified annual percentage; etc.
