Prevailing Wage Rates - Public Works Contracts - Exclusions

Synopsis:

Altering the threshold contract amount from $500,000 to $2,500,000 to which specified provisions regarding prevailing wage rates apply; and providing that a specified threshold contract amount shall be adjusted annually in accordance with a specified Consumer Price Index.
