Maryland Uniform Transfers to Minors Act - Qualified Minor's Trust
Authorizing a custodian for a minor under the Maryland Uniform
Transfers to Minors Act to transfer part or all of the custodial
property to a qualified minor's trust without a court order; providing
that the transfer of custodial property to a qualified minor's trust
terminates the custodianship of that property to the extent of the
transfer; and defining "qualified minor's trust".
