Creation of a State Debt - Prince George's County - Nepal Educational and Cultural Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $350,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the Nepal Educational Center, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Nepal Educational and Cultural Center; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; prohibiting the use of the loan proceeds of the matching funds for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
