Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Forest Park Senior Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Forest Park Senior Center for the renovation of the Forest Park Senior Center at Liberty Heights Avenue in Baltimore City into a comprehensive multipurpose senior center and the acquisition of properties for the expansion of the center; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
