Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - Inverness Community Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $760,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Baltimore County for the design, construction, and capital equipping of a community building, located in Baltimore County on the grounds of Inverness Elementary School which will be closing with students to be relocated; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
