Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - Regional Boys and Girls Clubs of Annapolis

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, Inc. for the reconstruction of a gymnasium for the Boys and Girls Club located at Wiley H. Bates High School in Annapolis; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; requiring the grantee to grant and convey an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
