Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Dallas Street Community Educational Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $750,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Dallas Street Community Development Corporation for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, renovation, and capital equipping of a community educational center to provide parking, a conference center, banquet hall, kitchen facilities, offices, lavatories, and training programs associated with social skills, technology, and counseling services, located in Baltimore City; etc.
