Authorizing the Insurance Commissioner to issue a limited lines license to physicians who sell policies of patient protection insurance; establishing a program to provide patient protection insurance in the State; requiring the program to obtain the approval of the Commissioner; requiring physicians to pay a specified fee to participate in the program; etc.
