Synopsis:

Extending the termination of specified Class B alcoholic beverage license fees in Montgomery County until 2010; providing for the effective date of specified provisions of the Act; providing for the termination of specified provisions of the Act; making specified provisions of the Act subject to a specified contingency; and making the Act an emergency measure.
