Garrett County - Wine Festival License - Sunday Sales

Synopsis:

Authorizing a wine festival license issued for use in election district 11 or 15 in Garrett County to allow Sunday sales to begin at 10 a.m.; and exempting wine festival sales from taking place only with or after an order for a meal placed by a consumer.
