Synopsis:

Authorizing the Secretary of Agriculture to impose an administrative penalty of up to $2,000 on any person who violates the commercial feed and fertilizer, agricultural liming materials, and pesticide registration and labeling laws; requiring penalties to be paid into the State General Fund; and requiring the Secretary to adopt regulations.
