Insurance - Surplus Lines Insurance - Diligent Search

Synopsis:

Providing that a diligent search shall be deemed completed if a specified insured, surplus lines broker, or insurance producer obtains specified declinations or is unable in good faith to secure specified quotes from specified authorized insurers under specified circumstances.
