Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission - Commissioners - Terms of Office and Appointment and Removal Process MC/PG 110-05

Synopsis:

Requiring the Prince George's County and Montgomery County delegations to the General Assembly to make appointments to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) from specified lists under specified circumstances; altering the terms of the members of the WSSC; providing for the termination of the term of office for each commissioner of the WSSC; and authorizing specified commissioners whose terms are terminated to reapply for commissioner of the WSSC.
