Synopsis:

Exempting from an offset of a retirement allowance retirees of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System who are reemployed as health care practitioners; providing the criteria for hiring retired health care practitioners of the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' Pension System; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide the State Retirement Agency with information; etc.
