Providing that specified retirees of the Employees' Pension System who are receiving an ordinary disability retirement allowance without modification may elect to cease receiving that ordinary disability retirement allowance and begin receiving a service retirement allowance without modification; requiring a retiree who makes that election to file forms on or before December 31, 2005; and providing for the termination of the Act.
