Increasing the fees for specified alcoholic beverages licenses in Harford County as of the licensing period that begins on May 1, 2006; repealing Class C (clubs and organizations) beer and light wine and Class C beer, wine and liquor licenses and establishing Class C-1, Class C-2, and Class C-3 beer, wine and liquor licenses for specified clubs and organizations; etc.
