Synopsis:

Exempting broadcast media or their employees from civil liability in broadcasting information relating to an AMBER Alert; establishing the crime of knowingly making a false report with the intent to deceive a law enforcement official and cause the activation of an AMBER Alert; and providing specified penalties.
