Department of Housing and Community Development - Community Legacy Program - Community Development Financial Institutions

Synopsis:

Authorizing a community development financial institution to sponsor a neighborhood intervention project for a specified purpose; authorizing a community development financial institution to meet a specified requirement by agreeing to provide capital for a specified purpose; and requiring the Community Legacy Board to allocate a percentage of the Community Legacy Financial Assistance Fund in a specified manner.
