Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified adjusters, appraisers, insurance producers, and employees of an insurer from recommending the use of specified repair services or sources for the repair or replacement of property damage to a motor vehicle without providing a copy of a specified contract or agreement to the claimant or insured; prohibiting specified adjusters, appraisers, insurance producers, and employees of an insurer from making false or misleading statements for specified purposes; etc.
