Synopsis:

Establishing specified production credits for ethanol and biodiesel; establishing the Renewable Fuels Incentive Board to implement and govern the production credits; establishing application procedures for certification for the production credits; requiring an application to contain specified information; establishing limits on the amount of production credits the Board may certify per producer and the total amount of production credits the Board may certify; etc.
