College Savings Plans of Maryland Board - Other Financial Products

Synopsis:

Authorizing the College Savings Plans of Maryland Board to provide other financial products and services, including insurance products, to account holders for the benefit of beneficiaries under the College Savings Plans of Maryland; providing that the sale or offer of an insurance product by the Board is subject to the provisions of insurance law; requiring the Board, in consultation with the Insurance Commissioner, to adopt regulations to implement the Act; etc.
