Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
Heritage Harbour Health Group, Inc. for the renovation of, and
construction of an addition to, the property located on South Haven
Road in Annapolis for use as a short-term respite home for the
elderly; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a
requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
