Homeowner's Insurance - Rating - Claims History

Synopsis:

Prohibiting homeowner's insurance providers that consider the claims history of an insured or applicant for homeowner's insurance from considering claims that arose out of losses proximately caused by third persons when rating specified risk; and providing for the application of the Act.
