Reemployment of Retirees - State Workers' Compensation Commission

Synopsis:

Allowing a retiree who is receiving a service retirement allowance from the Employees' Pension System and who is appointed as a member of the State Workers' Compensation Commission to receive service credit in the Judges' Retirement System while continuing to receive a service retirement allowance from the Employees' Pension System; and providing that members of the Judges' Retirement System may purchase service credit in the Judges' Retirement System under specified circumstances.
