Synopsis:

Requiring each noncollegiate education institution to provide parents of students with information about meningococcal disease at the beginning of each school year; requiring the Department of Education, in conjunction with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to develop materials that provide educational information regarding meningococcal disease; etc.
