Synopsis:

Providing that when awarding specified procurement contracts county boards of education may give a specified preference to specified resident bidders or resident offerors under specified circumstances; defining specified terms; making the Act applicable to specified types of procurement methods and procurement contracts for specified construction, supplies, and services; etc.
