Requiring the Department of Juvenile Services to disclose to a local health department specified records concerning specified children under specified circumstances; requiring that child abuse and neglect records and reports be disclosed to a local health department under specified circumstances; authorizing access to specified court and police records by a local health department under specified circumstances; etc.
