Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Public Art Initiative Program; stating the intent of the General Assembly; requiring that specified grantees provide and expend a matching fund prior to the award of specified grants; requiring the Maryland State Arts Council to develop regulations to implement the Maryland Public Art Initiative Program; establishing the Maryland Commission on Public Art; specifying the membership of the Commission; establishing the Maryland Public Art Fund; etc.
