Creation of a State Debt - Allegany County - Flood Repairs
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,000,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of County Commissioners of
Allegany County for the design and construction of retaining walls in
the Mt. Savage Area and the design and construction of a new storm
drain system in the LaVale Boulevard Area near the City of Cumberland;
providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a
requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
