Frederick County - Building Excise Tax - Road Projects

Synopsis:

Repealing a requirement for State matching funds before the Frederick County Commissioners may expend specified funds for a capital project on a State highway; and requiring that before the Frederick County Commissioners may expend funds for a capital road project on a State highway, a specified amount of funds must be obtained from other sources.
