Increasing the maximum number of Class B (beer and light wine), Class B (beer, wine and liquor), Class BCE (beer, wine and liquor), and Class BH (beer, wine and liquor) licenses authorized to be issued in Prince George's County; and specifying that the additional Class B licenses do not confer off-sale privileges.
