Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of Calvert County to grant a property tax credit against the county property tax to new or expanding businesses when the business creates at least 25 new jobs with salaries higher than the county annual average and invests at least $2,500,000 in the county; and applying the Act to taxable years beginning after June 30, 2006.
