Synopsis:

Requiring the Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area Land Unit Plan to be considered as the land use plan for the future use of the Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area; and requiring the Department of Natural Resources and other State agencies to utilize and comply with the Plan in any future consideration and decisions regarding the land use of the Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area.
