Establishing a Task Force to Study the Creation of a Vocational Technical High School to Serve Cecil, Kent, and Queen Anne's Counties; providing for the composition of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study and make recommendations regarding the feasibility of creating a vocational technical high school to serve Cecil, Kent, and Queen Anne's counties including specified information; requiring the Task Force to submit a specified report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 15, 2006; etc.
