Synopsis:

Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1999 to allow the matching fund for the Local Jails and Detention Centers - Anne Arundel County Detention Center project to include funds expended prior to a specified date, but after a specified date; expanding the authorized uses of the loan proceeds and matching fund; providing that the authorization shall not terminate before a specified date; etc.
