Department of the Environment - Rubble Landfills - Location

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Secretary of the Environment from issuing a specified permit to construct or operate a rubble landfill within a specified distance of Bowie State University or St. John AME Church; making the Act an emergency measure; and generally relating to permits for rubble landfills.
