Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission - Collective Bargaining PG/MC 122-06

Synopsis:

Providing that if a petition that demonstrates that specified employees in a bargaining unit support representation by an exclusive representative for collective bargaining and another petition that demonstrates that specified employees in a bargaining unit no longer support the current exclusive representative are filed at the same time, one election shall be held to determine an exclusive representative, if any; providing for the contents of the ballot; etc.
