Prohibiting an alcoholic beverages licensee in Prince George's County whose license confers off-sale privileges from placing a sign of any type in or on an exterior window of the licensed premises; and specifying that the Board of License Commissioners may suspend or revoke the license of a licensee that violates the Act.
