Synopsis:

Establishing a Statewide Blue Ribbon Commission on Base Realignment and Closures to study and make recommendations regarding the local impacts related to specified base realignment and closures; providing for the membership of the Commission; requiring the Governor to designate a chair of the Commission; providing for the staffing of the Commission; prohibiting a member of the Commission from receiving compensation, but authorizing a member of the Commission to receive specified reimbursements; etc.
