Synopsis:

Providing that specified provisions of law regarding injury reports made by a physician, pharmacist, dentist, or nurse who treats an individual with injuries that were caused or show evidence of having been caused by an automobile accident or a lethal weapon or by an individual in charge of a hospital who treats the injured individual apply in Cecil County.
