Synopsis:

Providing for the expiration date of a driver's license issued to a driver who is a child sexual offender subject to specified registration requirements; prohibiting the Motor Vehicle Administration from renewing the driver's license of an individual who is a child sexual offender subject to specified registration requirements without requiring the individual to appear in person at an office of the Administration; etc.
