Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - Women's Club of
Linthicum Heights
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $50,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
Women's Club of Linthicum Heights, Inc. for the construction, repair,
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the bathrooms and
kitchen for the Women's Club of Linthicum Heights meeting facility;
providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a
requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund;
requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement; etc.
