Motor Vehicles - Motorized Minibikes - Standards and Requirements
Altering the definition of "motor vehicle" to include motor scooters,
mopeds, and other motorized minibikes; establishing a motor vehicle
classification and registration fee for motorized minibikes;
authorizing the State Highway Administration or a local authority to
prohibit the use of a controlled access highway under its jurisdiction
by a person operating a motorized minibike; establishing specified
equipment standards for motorized minibikes; etc.
