Washington House
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $100,000,
the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
Anacostia Watershed Society, Inc., for the planning, design,
construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital
equipping of the George Washington House located in Bladensburg;
providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; requiring the grantee
to grant and convey a historic easement to the Maryland Historical
Trust; etc.
