Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - License Application Procedures

Synopsis:

Making applicable to the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore City the requirements that the board must consider specified factors before approving an application for an alcoholic beverages license, that the application must be disapproved if specified findings are made, and that the application must be approved if the findings are not made.
