Baltimore City - Special Traffic Enforcement Officers - Authority to Issue Warnings

Synopsis:

Authorizing a special traffic enforcement officer in Baltimore City to issue a warning to the same extent a police officer is authorized to issue a warning when the special traffic enforcement officer is exercising the officer's authority to control and direct pedestrian and vehicular traffic under specified laws and ordinances in specified locations.
