State Employees and Retirees - Prescription Drugs - Co-Payments

Synopsis:

Altering the amounts of specified co-payments that the State Prescription Drug Benefit Plan under the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program may charge enrollees for prescription drugs; and altering the number of days for a prescription that the State Prescription Drug Benefit Plan may charge enrollees a specified co-payment.
