Condemnation Proceedings - Compensation - Defendant's Legal Fees
Providing that the costs in a condemnation proceeding include an
allowance for reasonable legal fees if the judgment in a condemnation
proceeding is for the plaintiff and the amount of damages awarded to
the defendant is at least 10% greater than the amount offered by the
plaintiff.
